Good to Know 

Tickets close at 5:00 PM the day before the event.
Cancellations made before ticket sales close at 8 PM the night before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 8 PM will receive a club credit to use toward a future event. No-shows are non-refundable.
The Reserve monitors weather for outdoor events. If The Reserve cancels due to weather, all ticket holders receive a full refund. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible and at least two hours before the event whenever possible.
